| Policies | First the bad news. No refunds.
The good news. If the disc does not work or stops working for any reason (excluding damage) up to thirty days after the purchase, the DVD may be returned for a replacement. Any evidence of physical damage (excessive scratching on either surface), you will be contacted with an option to buy a replacement at cost of the blank media unless this was the intent. In the event a disk does not work, return the DVD and it will be evaluated - every attempt will be made to author biocursion in a format compatible with your DVD player. Privacy note. Any information collected from you during any correspondence will never be shared. The only data which will be retained post sale will be your contact information. Credit card numbers will be deleted after the transaction has been completed. Credit card numbers will not be stored outside of a secured web e-commerce server. No attempts will be made to contact you outside of the announcement of the potential pressed DVD version of biocursion unless requested by you. |
